We need to may be start offering more money to get good assistant coaches.Where is all that talk that we have the biggest budget in the ACC for assistants.To attract coaching talent we need to spread the wealth.Maybe that will attract more highly regarded football minds .No disrespect but if we end up with a Frank Ponce as a coordinator it has got to be considered as a bid step down in what we were expecting.
