Actually it’s not. There is an approved process of documentation and you have to meet a very specific set statutes to be on that list. It’s been all the way through the courts! If you’re on those lists than I have got nothing for you.

These aren’t people who were mistakenly identified. They are properly documented and verified of their status. The race pimps gotta interject so they can interfere with law enforcement intelligence ops. By the way that intel protects you and your family more than what you know.

Today an FBI agent got sentenced for changing an email that began one of the biggest investigations in our nations history. Even with millions in lawyers fees and 24/7 coverage it took years to unravel and the aggrieved to get some semblance of justice.

Due process is in challenging the documentation itself. Of course they won’t do that because it meets statutory requirements, usually along with fingerprint documentation and signatures. Our does!

Almost every state has a gang enhancement statute but almost kindly ever uses it. Why? Because they don’t want to admit they have gangs. It’s the most stupid thing ever. I have Crip who broke into an FBI agents car, stole his M4, soft body armor and level 4 plates and carrier amongst many other things. The DA doesn’t want to pursue the enhancement even though I literally have a picture of the suspect holding the M4, armor stamped with fbi on it while throwing up his C 😂

I’m not a lawyer, but the article clearly states that this information can not be used for probable cause, so if this is just a data base of information about a group of people that are Gang members or have been identified as a gang member and that information is used to enhance other investigations, I don’t think this is a violation of rights... what rights are being violated ?

If this is just a tool to organize information. That has already been legally obtained...

The 80% minority part is BS, cause in reality probably 80% are minorities and in these major metropoltian areas it is probably higher
