Trump Org an example of what I have been saying here people are doing for 15 years now. It's what's wrong with this country!!! EVADING TAXES!!!

It's not a simple question... just because you want to play make believe it is... but it is NOT. If if we're it would not be a major problem for many many decades on end. It would have been solved by now.
CD, the answer is that these migrants need to be legal and documented and expect them to pay their taxes like the rest of us have to.
It just doesn't fit the Democrats current agenda.

That's exactly correct. It doesn't fit the democrats agenda. We understand the process is very imperfect and the fact is we do not group all migrants as one.

1. Please watch your name calling. It's not an insurection at the capital. It's a discussion on canesport.

2. I have lived in south florida too. So what? My parents are from there. That doesn't mean anything to me. It doesn't mean every illegal is someone you should stereotype. Move around the country. I have lived all over the country. I don't share your perspective. Newsflash....illegals live in other places.

3. I want you to understand something that may be difficult for you. It seems very difficult. So I will do caps for you. I DO NOT CARE WHO YOU ARE!!! PAY YOUR DAMN TAXES!!! STOP TELLING ME ABOUT PEOPLE WHO AREN'T PAYING THEIR TAXES! THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING TO ME OTHER THAN PEOPLE WHO SHOULD PAY THEIR TAXES!!! LEGAL, ILLEGAL OR WHATEVER!

3. Enough with ridiculous false equivalences. Nobody cares in court. You aren't allowed to tell the judge. Well sir I didn't pay my taxes but what about all the illegals who don't. You would sound pretty dumb if you did this. Because that is irrelevant. Other people doing the same thing isn't a defense.

Not as good as some others on here. Some are hateful, bigoted types where it's worth calling them what they are. Their, I am more serious.

Yeah, I’ve never seen such low IQ responses until I read his comments. The comedy escalates when he claims to be a non partisan moderate with continued bigotry in each comment.

I don't see CD as a hateful person, just confused and misguided. There are a few others that are hateful racists and bigots. They can't disguise their hate although they try. It eventually raises it's ugly head. At that point, game on.

Evading taxes to the point it is so common it looks like you are actually picking on people you enforce the law for our revenue. This is sad. How many thread comments have we seen here. Well, everyone does this. Why pick on trump. The issue is we need to be enforcing this with EVERYONE doing it and the reason we don't we the right has cut enforcement of it. That was done in congress. This was done be defunding the enforcement arm of these tax agencies.

You people need to wake the hell up. You can't have it both ways. You can't come here complaining about spending only. Our debt and our deficit when you don't want to have people who abuse our tax laws pay a price for that. Where do you think the revenue comes from? The problem is you want all the minorities and poor people and "some" middle class people to have to pay for all of our tax burdens and people like Trump run amuck.

Wow! I finally found someone who knows less about tax laws than me. This is nothing, no one else in America would have been brought up on charges for this. We’re talking about fringe benefits, a rental car and apartment. If anything the IRS would notify in writing of under payment.

Think about it Democrats have ruined New YorkCity, ( like they have every major city in America) Violent crime is out of control, no bail for violent criminals, or prosecution. Instead of focusing on protecting the people of New York, they spend forty million dollars harassing a political opponent. How sick and twisted are you guys? I guess black lives don’t matter when the democrat party isn’t helped politically. They’re the ones hurt the most when violent criminals have free reign.

Do you realize that Hunter Crackhead, the guy who had to be forced by a court to support his stripper's love child ,is being investigated for tax evasion by the Big Guy's 10% own Dept of Justice? I wonder if they will look at Dementia Joe's taxes?

Several years ago, I retired from corporate America as a SR VP, Sales & Mkt for a $10 company listed on the NYSE. I was highly paid in cash and stock all based on performance and was always in the highest tax bracket. Perks were many including new vehicle every 25,000 miles, tax expertise and planning, housing allowance, travel expense, clothing allowance and limited use of a jet etc. The only item I took as ordinary income was the jet. It was a great deal. If you checked all F-2000 companies you would find that every one treats the senior management team in a similar manner. My responsibility to stockholders was enormous and pressure packed. In short, I deserved what I earned and I paid a huge number in federal taxes but no state taxes because I was based in NH where there are no personal income taxes. Anyone who thinks I I didn't pay my fair share is a complete moron. I hold no grudge against those who don't make enough to pay taxes until they tell me I should have paid more

You are the only person along with the IRS that knows if you paid your taxes. Why post this? Nobody here has no way of know what you pay.

lmao@moral high ground. Dude, it's not moral high ground. It's called not being a POS!!! That is no moral high ground....and believe me when I tell you. I care more about a fart in the wind than your opinion of me. I imagine for this same reason.

Not and easy Question, yet you get on your fake ass moral pedestal to lambast anyone that doesn't agree with everything you say (invent to fit your easy narrative, mini Stalin) ?
Just because you're a willful/unwilful idiot, that doesn't excuse you from being a played out moronic horses' ass. What you do each and every time when you post "Deep Thoughts with CD " (sorry jack Tandy for the association!) is Take A Moral Stand. Maybe you really are that simple you can not understand it ( Don't think so) or maybe your that egotistical idiot that thinks they are so far above everyone (Ding Ding Ding) , but your ish couldn't fool a 5yr old. Educate yourself and stop Polluting the board with your mindless, self-serving, trivial, venalities. Wish you have a wonderful day, don't forget to wear your floaties, and hope you had a wonderful Independence day ;)

"Nobody here has no way of know what you pay". Great English, by the way I am a lot of things but I am not a liar. I paid what I was legally required to do. If you question my honesty, do a Biden and meet me out back. I promise you at 73 I will kick your ass. Nobody calls me a liar. BTW, what tax bracket are you in? Are you paying hundreds of thousands a year in taxes. I think you are a phony leftist specializing in telling those who don't agree with you what assholes they are. You need a full body enema!

Let me put it to you this way. Nobody here cares about what you make and if you are paying your taxes. We expect you to pay your taxes as it is your civic duty. We are not impressed (People where who are not a POS) that you are paying your tax burden. This does not mean anything. So what?

It's not any of your fkn business what I make. I make enough to pay my taxes and live a great life. That's all....and you don' need to know anything else.

Alsop stop trying to convince yourself you are tough. Again, i am not impressed.

LOL a very professional individual, stated normal business practices, with first hand knowledge, and you deflected. He basically stated that what they are doing to the individual is just political. Now go back watching your last visit to comic con...

Ok CD I'll play your little game with you. Are you ready? LET"S PLAY BALL!

Scenario #1 CD is working for a medium to large corporation 500-5000 employees. CD gets a call from the CEO who tells CD that he is needed at a very important meeting in Los Angeles later that day. CEO tells CD that the Corporate Jet is departing with the team at Atlanta Airport at 2:30 and please get on the jet with the team going to LA. CD is supposed to pick up his share of that flight on his personal taxes. But he doesn't.

Scenario #2 CD is told to attend a dinner with a very important client at a swanky Atlanta restaurant later that night to help the team calm the client down. Steaks, wine, cocktails and the bill comes and CD's boss pays the bill with the corporate credit card. CD is supposed to pick up his share on his personal taxes. But he doesn't.

Scenario #3 I have housekeeping and valet and engineering at my building in South Florida. At Christmas time owners walk around handing out cash and checks to the staff for Christmas. Some get as much as $5000. They are supposed to pay taxes on that money. But they don't. Same thing for bartenders, waitresses etc. everyday in this country.

Scenario #4 Company wants CD so badly to work for them they offer him use of the company condo in Miami because he will need to travel and spend a lot of time in Miami for this position. CD spends about 6 months a year working and living in Miami and staying in the company condo. CD is supposed to pick up reasonable rent on the condo on his taxes. But he doesn't.

Get the point ?

No...I don't get the point. Because CD pays his tax burden and it is every organizations responsibility to pay theirs as well. No matter what the scenario would be or the method of payment would be. No matter what day or holiday it is and no matter what their job responsibility is.

Pretending the Trump organization is some benevolent law abiding organization is nothing short of ridiculous. The District Attorney has a check from him to a high mileage porn star for hush money. I sure never saw that scenario on your list ...so, STOP and don't play any game with me. You look foolish!

so is it the contention of the OP that only Trump and Republicans evade taxes or find loopholes in the current rules to minimize the impact on their income? I'm confused. Because if that's the case, what about the $2.5 BILLION scandal currently going on with the Clinton Foundation?

Asking for a friend

Clinton foundation charged with evading up to $2.5 billion in taxes

A U.S. federal judge ruled that a tax evasion complaint against the Clinton Foundation should go forward. Bill and Hillary Clinton’s organization is accused of evading up to $2.5 billion in taxes, according to a report by Just The News.

U.S. Tax Court Judge David Gustafson denied the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) dismissal on Oct. 8, after two tax experts filed a complaint against the Clinton family charity for tax exemption violations.

The judge ruled that the whistleblowers, John Moynihan, a former Drug Enforcement Administration official, and Larry Doyle, a corporate tax compliance expert, “provided ‘specific credible documentation’ supporting their allegations.”

For the judge, the IRS “abused its discretion” in trying to dismiss the allegations against the Clinton Foundation.
