Biden has finally come out against the violence. That might turn the tide back to him if he can still hold on to the progressives while regaining some of the moderates by vigorously denouncing the violence. I think he still needs help from covid. If people keep up the sanitary guidelines (including social distance and masks), then Biden would need a strong debate performance to seal the deal. I think a lot of Republicans and expecting Biden to just stand on the stage and drool. He had one debate in the primaries where he seemed coherent enough to satisfy most voters.
