Pumper: A person who states that all is well and lives like this current year is 2001 or 2002 (or 92, 89, etc). Usually the pumper is a positive fan who doesnt stop believing things are getting better. The pumper may at times make statements that are based on a day dream and not on reality. Some pumpers are too young to have seen the U win a title and they think that a bowl game means we are a top program. A pumper may show sensitive reactions to any other fan who questions their view, and a pumper can mislabel other people and name call when others disagree with them. Pumpers may be needing to have a safe space provided to them soon.

The safe space for a doomer is youtube games from the Howard, JJ, Erickson and Butch eras. 2. Makes game breaking plays, works hard and leaves a strong reputation or legacy at the U (Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, etc.) This type of player was seen often during the days of 10+wins but has been lacking for years. Ballers are usually called with this title AFTER they have proven this on the field

Usually the pumper will be the one who proclaims this. A win may also include finishing 2nd or 3rd for a recruiting prospect, or going to a lower tier bowl
#BuildingChampions 1. A phrase that is used after a Miami team wins a title, earning the right to be called a champion. This team is likely built using the Miami Blueprint of top recruiting, talent evaluation, player development, coaching prowess and great individual hard work and team effort to win at the highest level. 2.
