You are correct. And we can learn to live with it and deal with it like we do the flu, or we can quit our jobs, stop sending our kids to school, stay away from friends and family, keep wearing masks, and cower in our homes, too scared to come out. I choose to deal with it.

Meanwhile all hospital personnel get stressed with the extra load of patients and expose themselves to the virus.

Hey fool I went to my nephews weeding on December 30 everyone was vaccinated and boosted but me turns out the bride had Covid and 10 vaccinated and boosted people got it and me I was sick about 2 days some of the vaccinated were sick for a week. Overall death rate still around .5% Actual rate is much lower if yo're not old and have no preexisting conditions. Yes, N95 masks are made in the USA and there is a quality mask maker right here in Utah but the government is not buying from them for some reason.
