Ok people, don't know if this is true or not but I got a call telling me that every ballot that went out had a watermark on the ballot and some encryption on it to legitimize the ballot. This was kept silent by the administration for obvious reasons. It is, for lack of a better explanation, a sting operation. I do not know if this is legit. Just passing it on.
