That Blake James was fired, mostly because of the horrible decision to hire Manny Diaz, yet his horrible decision is still employed.
That’s like me hiring a salesman that needed to sell $100K per year but only sold $15K. Management coming to me and saying, “why would you hire him? You’re fired, but we are still thinking about whether he will be or not.”
