The 2 qb system has worked in the past for some teams. Spurrier had used it among others. When your opponent has to prepare for two different qbs it could be a benefit., particularly if one is an RPO specialist. If at the end of camp in august there is no clear cut winner of number 1 job, I would expect to see 2 qbs being used early in season until one emerge's as top gun.
