CD doesn't consider them "illegal" he hates Americans who defend their birthright and the Constitution. He's a Muslim apologist and disregards all and any crimes upon Americans by illegals.
Illegal aliens caused 38% of the murders in California, Florida, Texas, New York and Arizona and yet are only 5.6% of the population. And CD wants millions more of them. Makes no sense

Yes it is true....these people are being exported upon a review. They can legally fight for their freedom. They would be stupid not to...but that doesn't mean they aren't bein deported.
That's not being put in jail. The review is for if they have committed certain crimes. If you haven't comitted a crime then you can stay. BTW, don't move the goalpost.

You don't speak for me either. We have a judicial system in place and what is decided is what is decided based on the evidence. If they are found to be legal they stay, if they are illegal they are deported in accordance to the law.
