Does that seem odd to you that a Russian spy and an American would come to a Canes football game and talk for 3 hours and don't watch the game? At that point most competent NSA's would request the unmasking of American # 1 to understand who this person is to further gauge if this situation is a threat to the US.

Unmasking is not something Ms Rice can do on her own. It requires the approval of the FBI Director and one other person/department I can't remember. I hope this helps because for me this is not about partisan politics but instead getting to the truth.

Congress underfunded Obama's Benghazi request by $128M. That's the reason there was a small token force guarding the compound. The republican leadership insisted there were reinforcements 1 hr away & no attempt was made to contact them.
