Audits are ongoing in Arizona and will occur in multiple states .8 other states have visited the Audits to see how they are doing it. Trump ,to his credit , had already instituted the travel ban in Jan, which Fauci OPPOSED but later admitted was the right thing and saved hundreds of thousands of lives.
He repeatedly confused the nation with his never ending changing of mask policy.
He received a private email in Feb 2020 from Dr. Anderson at the Scripps Institute warning him that the virus looked manufactured. Fauci arranged a conference call and Anderson then announced publicly there was no such evidence. Fauci did not notify the Covid Task Force of the email saying it looked manufactured.
He publicly threw cold water on Trump's assertion we would have the vaccine by November 2020. Fauci thought it would be summer 2021.

So it is completely possible that Trump and Biden would post that many total votes.
