But it is ok to change election laws by courts. You have no problem with that I’m sure. And that is what has happened in every state in question. They have changed there election in the courts when it is very clear in the constitution how rules of elections are set. You can’t pick and chose what part of the constitution you want to follow. Yes, as the Supreme Court ruled, in Bush v Gore; if this is the process all people in a state voted under it cannot be changed retroactively. This is why the lower courts refused to consider the argument. You can’t allow an election under a particular process and lose,and ask to change it after the fact!
I’m glad you said that. But the problem is they had different rules for in person voting and mail in voting. That in its self is unconstitutional.
