I read the Ga filing . It emphasizes Article 2 violations by the election officials ,the fake water main break where 3 election officials stayed and worked the machines when we were told counting was stopped. It was well written and used good cases for precedent. It goes into detail about problems with the recount and original count based on affidavits.It also has affidavits from cyber experts showing fraud. It also doesn't go after criminality of the state officials.
The Ga Supreme Court is Republican. I believe they will order a recount with full verification of signature and voter roll matching. It should only be done after full evaluation of the tabulation software for cheating algorithims and with adequate observers .I don't think they will throw out all mail in ballots although that certainly would be a legal remedy.
