Not replenishing the PPE's that he was told to do in 2015, but instead spent the state's hard earned money on solar projects instead of his citizens health. Sending infected patients into nursing homes was the equivalent to practicing germ warfare on the residents that lived in those homes Not closing down his state when the infection was raging and allowing his residents to spread it around the country was another great move. Cuomo's approval rating is much higher than Trump's. In fact, Cuomo is above 70% whereas Trump is around 50%. Not good when a president says we're in a "war". Look at this beautiful article about Cuomo.
