Looking forward to the RNC being held in Florida
Jacksonville and Orlando, leaders in the Clubhouse for the Sunshine State.
With most of the state in Phase 2 starting on Friday, it wouldn’t surprise me since the convention isn’t until August. It’s a swing state, and tons of cities are looking to begin recouping economic impact lost from sports, events, and conventions over the last 3 months.
The repubs own Jville, we need to secure the I-4 corridor.
We need to stop pandering to liberal cities that wont vote conservative anyway.. Charlotte was a terrible choice to begin with
Tampa would be ideal - Hillsborough is a blue county, but surrounded by two purple counties in Pinellas and Pasco. However, the RNC had the convention in Tampa in 2012; don't think they can go there again so soon. I wouldn't mind either Orlando or Jacksonville.
Nashville is making a run but the best strategic move is Florida. Also, GA is a swing state kinda, so Jax could draw from FL and GA both.
