The Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1991.
But this is an example of a man who wants to pass the big lie enough times that people start doubting what is a fact. Almost everything that comes out of his mouth is false it's like he's taking a giant poop on people all of the time. And the ignorati buy it.

We just have to deal with the fact that we have a President who is a professional liar. In the Art of the Deal, he refers to much of this as "truthful hyberbole", which is basically a construct that Trump invented in his own mind in order to justify the creation of an alternate reality that he could then use to advance his own interests; which later manifested itself into everything from Trump University to the mythology construct that he cares about the well being of ordinary middle class citizens during the Presidential campaign. Ultimately, its all about him and the patronage network of wealthy elites he has surrounded himself with in order to retain power.

Trump has never been associated with any Fortune 500 company nor has he ever worked for one. He inherited a mom-and-pop business that he has run into the ground as Mueller is uncovering in his financial investigation of the Trump organization. Trump is broke and that is why he needed to get a patron in the Russians and why they were able to buy him so easily.

Trump is more worried about being uncovered as a financial fraud than a Russian puppet although when all is said and done he is both. Get your popcorn ready folks it's going to get ugly pretty soon.
