I asked this one the other day but didn't get a response.
One part of the BoT supposedly has an issue w the amount of buyout needed and consider it wasted money. If a good portion of it is donated by the big boosters that want to get their guy, why is this truly an issue? If the same boosters refuse to give big funds if the program stays status quo, are they really throwing away money?
