Gary has there been any discussion on retaining a Coaching search firm to assess potential candidates.? Has there any other information on how a search would be conducted? Including the makeup of a committee?
I know it’s premature to initiate direct contact but in the past firms have been able to inquire confidentially
I do recall one guy that was retained , I believe by school in the Golden search
He ( or his firm ) seemed to be the go to guy , but apparently he represented several schools
It may sound bureaucratic, but a professional search firm in conjunction with a knowledgeable committee appears necessary to avoid the fiasco that occurred in 2019 .
I’m not sure that the school has a clue regarding what’s really available in their price range .
