They are in the midst of shutting down all of their nuclear power plants ie relying on russian oil and gas and lng. We have bases in germany to help protect them and they are not doing their part. Because the agreement that countries sign up for is not making any kind of payments or purchases with other countries. The agreement NATO countries sign is that they will spend a certain percentage of their national budget on NATO military. So apparently you’re one of the morons that believes anything a politician tells you without even knowing the basic facts.

While someone could make the case that Trump put political pressure on Germany to increase the percentage of their budget to go towards NATO spending, not a single word Trump said about the situation was factual. Germany didn’t owe anybody money and didn’t need to buy anything from anyone. America never put one extra dollar into NATO to “make up” for a shortage by Germany. Are you even capable of intelligent research on a subject? You are a perfect example of why America is doomed. A mindless cult member moron worshipping a scumbag like Trump!
