Ran RPO’s and all that shit we think a spread offense is. The truth of the matter is this. Our OLINE SUCKED DONKEY D and couldn’t give Jarren/N’Kosi time to throw. Barely had running lanes for the RB’s and that leads to the inconsistencies that he talked about. Its was just a mess all around. So there is more than enough blame to go around as well. Why is everyone bitching about him saying systems don’t win championships? Our beloved Jimmy Johnson has said it on numerous occasions. Its not about X’s and O’s, but Jimmies and Joe’s. Now our Jimmies and Joes were very inconsistent as was our coaching. We just may need a talent evaluator or someone to evaluate the WHOLE PROGRAM from coaching on down. Did our coaches put them in position to succeed? In their eyes they did. Many times we just a physical breakdown on a play or a mental one. Then it looks like we were unprepared. Now if the starters or who ever the coaches choose to play. Are the best we got then GARY is 1000% correct. We gotta recruit better. GOD knows I thank CMR for showing us how the big boys play, but last season set us back and FLA filled in the void we left open. Thats the position we were poised to take after the 17’ season. We shat the bed and he we are again in another MASSIVE REBUILD. This is more than a coaching problem. Sure we should run through the coastal with the Talent we have. Or should we? Is the talent really enough to overcome some of the other deficiencies we have? I’m not advocating for anyone, but what I’m saying is. WE NEED A TOTAL PROGRAM EVALUATION FROM TOP TO BOTTOM IN THE FOOTBALL DEPARTMENT. Meaning they have to ask themselves what direction they want to go in? I’m not saying anything new or what someone hasn’t already said. Just stating the obvious. Its more than coaching and personnel.
