Not that he would be a great x and o's guy but not many head coaches are...but I know without a shadow of an doubt that our staff would be 10 times better than the current staff...My thing has always been Miami doesn't need a Saban or Urban We just need a guy that's a good to great recruiter with ties to great position coaches...position coaches are your program and we haven't had an elite staff in so many years..we haven't had many guys that teams actually want.. that's a problem...
