The practice was more a normal session than expected but they scrimmaged primarily 1 vs 1, 2 vs. 2 the last half of practice. That's a obvious deviation from the past and a good one.

By all accounts we have gotten, the defense was dominant today.

The coaching that the defensive backs are receiving is really standing out.

The coverage allowed the front to put a lot of pressure on Van Dyke and Garcia with most of the pressure coming from the outside.

There were a couple interceptions. Keontra Smith made a good play on one with the first unit.

The offense did have a couple scores, but that didnt sour reviews of the defense

Guys mentioned to me as standing out were Gil Frierson, Cyrus Moss, Thomas Davis, Leonard Taylor.
