Trump should shit can DACA and leave the issue to Congress where it belongs. it is a legislative issue. You can't sue for taking away DACA. It confers no legality protected right. It was built on prosecutioral discretion. There's literally no legal basis to sue. Maybe read up on some law before blasting a bunch of BS on message boards. Just like Obama didn't make it a law because executive orders, Trump can taketh away.

Check back with me when he talks to his base specifically at his next rally. He may be the most undisciplined POTUS in our history. Obama sent more people back home than any President. Rounded em up and deported them but his doctrine is consistent in this regard. We aren't wasting tax payer resources on people without a criminal history and solid ties to communities. That doesn't change the fact that they do decide. It's the purpose of the judicial branch. We would not need courts deciding anything if we all agreed on everything all the time but we don't. Therefore it is heard by appointed judges and decided by people who research the merits of every side.
