If this were reversed and Biden was Up big in say Texas and Florida and then little by little each day his lead disappeared ultimately letting trump win??? The Dems would be rioting in the streets. He's impugning the entire state sir. Counties that were 60/40 Trump or better are breaking 65 and higher on mail in votes, why? b/c his base listened and voted on the date of the election. These are red counties.
The damage is happening in red counties at the same rate as blue.
One thing we've always respected were elections. Here, literally red counties in 4 states are seeing the same dynamic, early vote for Biden (mail) day of Trump.

That's not really a good analogy. Texas has been a Republican stronghold for decades. Jimmy Carter was the last Democrat to win there as a presidential candidate. Florida battleground state. The same thing can be said about Michigan and Pennsylvania and more specifically Metro Detroit and Philly are Democrat strongholds with a heavy black population.
Sad for our democracy. Trump is arguing to stop counting the vote in Philly and Detroit but keep on counting in Arizona. In other words, don’t count Black votes but do count White votes.

But, Courts don’t spontaneously jump into controversies. Most particularly, the Supreme Court is the court of last resort after trial courts and appellate courts do their work. The Supremes don’t insert themselves into disputes.
Trump has thrown legal spaghetti at the wall. Will it stick?
IMHO, no. Just alleging unfairness or illegalities does not create a legal case. You thankfully need to have real evidence of improper or illegal behavior. So far, Trump has none of that.
