But, Courts don’t spontaneously jump into controversies. Most particularly, the Supreme Court is the court of last resort after trial courts and appellate courts do their work. The Supremes don’t insert themselves into disputes.

IMHO, no. Just alleging unfairness or illegalities does not create a legal case. You thankfully need to have real evidence of improper or illegal behavior. So far, Trump has none of that.

I agree partly. But I think their is real evidence. The courts will not take it up if in fact their is no evidence. One think also is possible that the state legislature of certain states controlled by Republicans could legally change the way they turn in their electorates. Republican state legislatures equal 300 electorates more than enough to Give Trump another 4 years. Hope it doesn’t come to that if the states and court fairly recount and make sure these votes were all legal

Not true. I say let the vote happen. Instead of sending a reasonable message such as, we are closely observing the election, we want all legal votes counted and will take all legal actions to ensure it, he launches baseless attacks on the system itself, alleging that the volunteers in blue and red counties all over the country are lying and scheming together.

I really hate to be the one to break it to you, but every time they have reviewed votes, the local GOP and the local DNC have watchers designated by the respective local party chairs. What he is asking for now is for additional poll watchers not from the party but from his election committee.

So yes, there were always Republicans there and they were nearby. Now the additional watchers they are asking to give them space.

Perhaps volunteer with the next election since your not knowing this demonstrates you've never performed this civic duty (not to say you havent been a poll worker or other volunteer).
