It is the same topic. If the Whistle blower is BS then we wouldn't see obstruction. Trump would not care what congress is asking for so your argument has absolutely zero merit.
We have a democracy for our government and if you think a sitting president doesn't answer to us then that's on you. It isn't the case is my point. Worrying about CNN and social media blah blah blah doesn't matter.
The Dems want to make EVERYTHING associated with Trump a circus to hurt him politically, he knows that and is not going to cooperate with THEM. He knows it, you know it and I know it. You expect him to give them the rope to hang himself. Cmon, who is fooling who here? This is just political theatre.
You said it yourself right here. Hang himself. If this were fake news he would hang dems by disproving this. Not himself. Show your taxes and hang dems and then show congress what these discussions were. Hang dems. Right now you just look like you got caught doing something wrong (as usual) and want to blame dems or the media. Then supporters just blame the dems and media. Never expect accountability from anyone but dems or the media. This is the problem.
Instead of blaming dems, who are Americans as well or the Media who are also Americans......You have the distinct appearance of guilt. The job reports to the American people. Not everyone except dems and the media. You are the president of all the people.
Every president has to do it....there aren't exception if it is just who you vote for. Obama had to do it. Bush had to do it. Everyone does it that takes that oath. You are accountable to everyone. Not just people that vote for you.

The Media is not president....and btw they don't have the same standard like it or not. There is a signed check to a porn star by our president at the time he is running for president. It isn't a lie. The media isn't accountable for reporting this. The president is.
Doesn't appear to be illegal to bang a porn star and pay her for it, regardless of what you think about it. If it is, I'm sure you are willing to wait for the legal repercussions.
Why would you self report when you know the accusation against you is inaccurate? So your political opponents/media can try and drag false witnesses before congress to make a circus out of it? How many times does this have to happen before people understand the political theatre in it all?
Not liking Trump and hoping he pays the price for his mistakes is fine, but expecting him or any president to self report false claims from the media or his political opponents is not realistic.

The party that's up in arms about Trump having an affair before he became President had no trouble at all when Bill had an affair in the Oval Office and then lied to cover it up. My how times have changed.
Actually it is illegal if you are running for president. There are campaign finance laws.
He paid her for her services... If it's illegal then we will eventually hear the charges or he will pay a fine or both or neither.
Do you think the whistleblower claim was brought forth by Hillary's crew to get Biden out of the race or was it intended solely for Trump? Apparently this is the 2nd time its been pushed in front of the media, 1st time was by Hillary.
We don't think alike in regards to this. I don't worry about peoples motives or the media etc. I worry about how myself and my tax dollars are respected. I worry about our democracy and that all of the American people have representation....not the select few groups or demographics.
They all know his tax returns, the whistle blower stuff and every different major constitutional crisis they claim is crapola. They know as it stands right now Trump will get another 4 years so they think death by a thousand paper cuts is the way to go. You know what's going happen if he releases his tax returns?.....the mainstream media will have 1000 liberal CPAs on television say how they're all shocked Trump wasnt indicted for tax fraud. Trump is not going to give them anything and just watch them stew. Its better then watching reality TV.....and its only going to get better as each day passes.
There is no "if". That's the the thing. It is illegal. He is president now and it is worthy of impeachment. Among many other things I have concerns with. He won't be president forever. This has absolutely nothing to do with the media. It's a president breaking campaign finance laws. I know the difference.

Well you started this thread because you were worried about Trump's motives. I was just interested in your opinion on the Biden thing, seems a little odd that an anonymous person with no first hand knowledge of the call would pop up out of nowhere, knowing that it could bring scrutiny to Biden's past dealings.

I had to look that phrase up and see how it was used in sentences....lol. While I am going to start using that phrase in the future....there is no way in hell that any person could have guessed that its defined as "imaginary enemy" based on how it was derived.

Excellent point. If you ever watch Anthony Bourdain, who was a major lib, his episode on West Virginia was some of the best documentary television I've ever seen. I'm surprised CNN ever aired it as it blew up the "deplorable" narrative...
As usual you’re completely wrong, it’s not a Trump appointee for starters, neither is he an actual whistle blower. This person is going from second hand information, they didn’t hear the call. This whole story was a plant, so the Democrats could manipulate their low information voters, knowing their willing accomplices in the press would help.
