Trump Loyalist Far Beyond Help or Reason....

We discuss covid but you change the subject to the economy. This means I've hit a sore spot for you. Get the jab and wear your diaper.
The economy has a lot to do with it. Utah has one of the lowest death rates per capita and also managed to keep their economy in the top 5. Sounds like they've done things better than most states. Speaking of face diapers, did you see the CDC finally came around and said the masks that most have been wearing do little to stop the spread? The same thing some of us have been saying from the beginning and were ridiculed by some on here for saying it. Have you made your appointment for your 47th booster yet?

I have and I'm still alive. You should try it before it's too late. Take the jab and wear your diaper.

I haven't and I'm just as alive as you. Simply not going to waste my time with a virus that 99.5% survive. As I've said before, I sincerely hope that whatever decision you make is the one that works out best for you and your family.

I for sure would not put my family in jeopardy. Would you?

By doing what exactly? Wearing a mask that don't work and taking a jab that still let's you catch and spread Covid? How about you doing what you feel is best for your family while letting me decide what's best for mine?

The Department of Health reported recently that among those who died of Covid-19, those who were not fully vaccinated represented 93.49%. They also reported that deaths are 2.6 times more likely among the unvaccinated while severe and critical symptoms are 1.75 times more likely to occur among the unvaccinated compared to those fully vaccinated. Your downplaying of the vaccine is an opinion not based on facts.

Are those numbers based off the start of Covid like most, or are they from the time vaccines have been available, which is still misleading compared to current numbers? There have been plenty of days here in Utah in the last 3 months that breakthrough deaths have been as high as 33 to 50% of totals. Speaking of numbers and percentages, are 99.5% of people that catch Covid still going to survive it? Not sure why some are still thinking that we are dealing with the Black Plague here.

Obviously, those numbers would have to be based from the time vaccines were available. That 99.5% contains a wide variety of unpleasant and even near-fatal experiences including long-term hospital stays and lingering effects, even after mild infection. The vaccine is important to not only increasing chances for survival but also surviving well.

A wide variety but again, what percentage? Is Covid the only respiratory illness that has long term effects? How about the Flu? Pneumonia? Is it not true that the vast majority of unvaccinated will survive getting Covid just fine? I like my odds just fine.

One year ago, China announced the first Covid-19 death. Now, the disease is among the 10 deadliest pandemics in history. As the global population nears 8 billion, it would not take a disease anywhere near as deadly as the bubonic to become the deadliest outbreak in history. Your odds suck compared to those who have gotten the vaccine. Just curious, why are you so set against vaccines?

99.5% odds suck? Now add in that the vast majority of deaths were over 75 years old and with risk factors and those odds get even better. I simply don't do vaccines and at nearly 60 years old I'm on 2 prescriptions, neither are for my health. What I do works for me apparently. Why are you so set on strapping me down and injecting me with something against my will?

I don't know how you've gotten by without vaccination for so long. I'm 74 and was forced to produce up-to-date vaccination card before being admitted to classrooms in elementary school. These are the mandatory vaccinations that all service members are required to receive initial entry or basic training: Adenovirus, Hepatitis A and B, Influenza, measles, Mumps, Rubella, meningococcal, polio irus, Tetanus-Diptheria and Varicella. How did you escape all this? BTW. I don't really care whether you get vaccinated or not, I just don't understand the anti-vaccine mentality. Vaccines are one of the greatest success stories in public health. P.S. I was discussing this with my wife and she just informed me that a parent may claim an exemption to immunization for medical, religious or personal reasons as allowed by the Utah Statutory Code. That answers most of my questions. Good Luck!

I had a couple of course but TBH, shot days at school was when I would play sick and stay home. They weren't very strict about following up on things back then and we didn't have much money so we rarely went to doctors. I survived measles, German measles, mumps, chicken pox, and the Hong Kong Flu. Naturally if there is a virus that poses a greater risk I will consider it at that time.

They aren't very strict about following up on things today, either. Utah is a weird State-too much Mormon influence. From what I've learned during our discussion is that members of the faith are deeply divided on vaccines and mask-wearing.

I consider what happened on Jan 6th an Insurrection. Which is why people are still in jail.
In a previous comment on this thread you said Riot. I consider an insurrection when a country is in danger of been taking over. That’s exactly what BLM and Antifa have been doing. Just go back an look at how many federal bldgs were attacked by those 2 terrorist. We are still in danger from those terrorist.

I'm pretty sure what you consider an insurrection and what BLM or any other protest group does is not accurate.

The Mormon leader has come out and said the vaccine is a gift from God and has encouraged members to get the jab. They do believe in free agency however and you're right that some members have different feelings about it. I'm not Mormon BTW and grew up in S Fla.

I'm pretty sure that you get confused between an insurrection and an erection. Hang in their CD...we need a clown on Canesport!

I was aware you're not Mormon but live in a State dominated by Mormon beliefs. How did you develop such an anti-vax attitude growing up in S Fla.? With all the transients that wouldn't seem like a wise decision.

LOL, a "gift from God". Freedom is a gift from God. What is with these people?

Not sure but maybe not going to Dr's when I was young had something to do with it. Not being a fan of needles would also fit in.

Their leader is considered a prophet on earth. One of their biggest beliefs is in free agency for their members, which is why they don't always follow the prophets words. Doesn't mean they won't face consequences for their choice, but they are free to make that choice. They can be cultish at times but some of the best people I've met are Mormon.

1 year ago? The first death? Thought it was 2020?

Oh, no doubt about the "best people". When I lived in West Jordan many years ago, I met some of the greatest folks ever. My dentist of 30 years is Mormon. I'm a real "live and let live" guy when it comes to religion. To each his own.

Same here. What I believe in has worked for me for nearly 60 years. I'll be glad to discuss it with whoever wants to know, but I'm not one to push my beliefs on others.

Anyone that still supports Poopy Pants at this point has got to be brain dead. How's his "plan" for Covid coming along? No surprise when you consider that 60 million were infected by H1N1 while he and Barry were in charge. It was actually more than 60 million because when they hit that number, Barry told the CDC to stop counting.

I wish someone would ask him to produce a copy of his plan. Don’t ever remember it being revealed just another lie. These guys who voted for him and say how dumb Trump supporters are can’t even figure out he plays these dopes. Top of his law class, over the road trucker, coal miner, Golda Meir flew him to negotiate with Egypt during six day war, arrested going to visit Nelson Mandela, marched in South during civil rights movement. Explain your unrelenting support for someone who doesn’t just tell little lies, these are in mental illness category.

I wish Republicans will finally show us their 2020 platform. Maybe we would have voted for Trump.

Notice you don’t address any of the lies Biden has told or the fact that he has never revealed his plan to “ Shutdown the Virus “ Now you’re repeating his nonsense that he doesn’t know what Republicans are for. Just dumb luck that he’s wrecked all the Trump successes I guess. Secure Borders / gone, Energy independence/ gone, peace in Middle East / gone, Etc, Etc, Etc.

Explain your unrelenting support for someone already facing impeachment over his his request that Ukraine investigate the Bidens asking China to interfere in the 2020 election.

False story that came from a crackhead Board member of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian company well known for their corrupt dealings with foreign agents and political figures, often through thinly veiled shady deals with family members.

Answer the question coward. Have you seen Biden’s Covid plan ? Don’t you feel embarrassed voting for someone who thinks you’re dumb enough to believe Golda Meir called him during six day war ? Crazy that you need someone on a message board to point out you’ve been played. Even then, you won’t admit it or even acknowledge the possibility. How dumb is that ?
