2022 UM Home Scheduled Games at the beautiful Hard Rock Stadium with all its teal colored seats.

- Bethune~Cookman

- Southern Mississippi

- Middle Tennessee

- Duke

- Pitt

- NC

- FSU

(this Home Schedule makes my toes tingle)🤮

Just like the past 15 years of playing Home Games at the World Cup Pro Stadium in Miami Gardens, the only home game worthy of playing in a large 70k seat Pro Stadium is the FSU home game.

All the other “ho-hum-yawn” games would be better off played at, let’s say, a new 50k seat UM College Atmosphere Football Stadium with Orange and Green seats built 3.5 miles from Coach Mario’s Office on Campus.

Doesn’t some programs like Army, Navy play one game a year in a BIG Pro Stadium to accommodate a large crowd.?

Couldn’t UM play one BIG Game (rivalry game vs FSU/VT) once a year at HRS?

I’m sure UM’s New (best) AD can work that out.

It makes sense to me.
UM’s never going to have a home
Schedule during one year playing against:
ND, UF, Penn State, Ohio State, Bama, Georgia, Oklahoma, USC, Clemson.

Wake up people and get behind Ruiz.

JJ gets it.
Alonzo Highsmith gets it.
Luther Campbell gets it.

Let’s make Mario’s job easier turning this thing around. Build him a new College Atmosphere Football Stadium 3.5 miles from his Office so he can sell it to the 5 Star Studs and win those recruiting battles.

Instead of putting a Piano (HRS) on Mario’s back when he has to deal with all the negative recruiting (thousands of empty teal colored seats) by opposing coaches.

UM fans in Broward/WPB, you’ll be Okay.
You can make that extra 8 mile drive South to TP Stadium than you did when you went to the OB.
And it’s less likely that your car will break down in the Miami Gardens area (praying to God to live another day).

The OB didn’t have sufficient parking and it was primarily accessible only by a traffic choked 836. Fans made it work, come earlier, leave later. Use side streets.

TP is sandwiched between Turnpike, 826, 874, side streets. I’m sure The Ruiz project will do what’s necessary to improve access to TP.

It seems to me that TP Stadium would be more accessible than the old OB site.

There’s more room at TP for parking/tailgating than what we had at OB.
The OB took in up to 80 thousand fans. The TP would just have up to 50k fans.

TP - more accessible and less fans (50k).
OB - traffic choked 836 for more fans (80k).

The several UM shuttle busses can do the 3.5 mile loop trip from the Campus to TP (back and forth all day on 15 minute intervals) No problem.
For the Students and the fans.
It’s not like they’re driving to Miami Gardens and back to Campus.

Fans can park & ride at any Metrorail Station and get off at the UM Campus Rail-Stop and hop on a 3.5 mile UM Shuttle Bus.

Out of town UM Alumni can fly in and stay at the Hotels near Campus and enjoy the College game day atmosphere on Campus with all its activities and then hop on the UM shuttle Bus.

UF and FSU fans that live in the Miami area drive 700 and 1000 miles round trip to watch their teams play at their College Stadiums.

The Chicago Bears play in 61k seat Soldier Field Stadium. It works for them.
The Bears adjust their price of a ticket to meet the demand.

UM will adjust the ticket prices (up or down) based on the demand/value. Just like any other team playing in a small or large venue.
Teams are going to make their money based on the demand.
That’s why the price of a UM ticket for a game against FSU are a lot more expensive than a Duke game.

Duke Basketball seems to have done well all these years surviving in the small Cameron Arena.

The small Cameron Arena Atmosphere helps draw the top High School Basketball players in the World.
The Cameron Crazies create one of the best game day atmospheres in all of Sports.

Hopefully, UM doesn’t have to give away free UM game tickets with the purchase of a Burger King Whopper. Like the old days.

The Billionaire Ruiz Family of 4 um grads are willing to build UM a College Atmosphere Football Stadium 3.5 miles
from Campus. For UM’s benefit.
He don’t need to make money off this deal.
Ruiz and his family want to do what’s best for UM.
To Help bring UM back to a Championship level Team.
To give back to the local community and his College. That’s his passion.

Ruiz is not going to take some rent money from UM and turn around and donate $478 million dollars to the University of Michigan like HRS owner Stephen Ross did.

Canes could just send their HRS Rent Money directly to the University of Michigan and save Stephen Ross the hassle.

If Ruiz is willing to finance the build, why not accept it, manage it, use it the way UM wants to, for UM’s benefit.

UM can improve its Brand, it’s identity with a New College Atmosphere Stadium 3.5 miles away.

UM students are paying top dollar tuition to attend UM. They shouldn’t have to take a 2 hour round trip to watch their College Team play football.
UM Families shouldn’t have to worry about their UM student kid’s cars breaking down while traveling up Dade County to the Miami Gardens area.

Do you not think Mario could sell a 50k seat UM College Atmosphere Stadium like he did with The 54k seat Oregon Duck Stadium?

Could Mario Sell a UM Stadium with Statutes of Coach Howard, Heisman Trophy winners Vinny and Gino at the front entrance to the Stadium (just like UF does with their Heisman Winners).

Displays of our 5 National Championship Teams.

Displays of all the UM All-Americans.

Displays of all the UM NFL-Hall of Famers.

Shrines for UM Legends Sean Taylor and Jerome Brown.

Green and Orange seats.

A Cemetery in the East End-Zone to bury the Turn-Over Chain.

The U logo painted everywhere (no tacky plastic tarps covering Dolphin logos).

Name some streets around TP Stadium like “Jimmy Johnson Way” or “Jim Kelly Pass”
(If Jose Canseco can have a Street name after him……why not honor some UM Legends on the Streets around the Stadium).

Sell a Home feeling instead of driving one hour away to sell some pro team’s Stadium with teal seats and Statues of Don Shula and Dan Marino.
“Thank You for letting us borrow your Stadium, we’ll be sure to turn off the lights when we leave.”

The proud UM History, the Legendary Players of UM should be Honored, Celebrated and Marketed like Crazy!!!

UM’s home of the Greatest College Football Team ever in the History of College Football. Market it as such!

Have a Home Stadium so you can Market your Brand.

Sell a Stadium that you can showcase it to all the HS talent that come to UM Stadium for HS playoff games, UM Football Camps, Clinics, UM Spring Game, UM Fall Camp Scrimmages, youth football league Championship games.
The possibilities and advantages for recruiting are endless.

Sell a stadium that could be built like a mini Orange Bowl with a closed West-End Zone for the crazy loud fans that give a true home field advantage feel and a open east end zone over looking the beautiful Biltmore Hotel, the UM dorm towers and the Coral Gables, Brickell, Grove Skyline.

Mario would have no problem selling this package to the top high school players in the country.
