Safe to say our Cuba policy over the past ~60 years has been a dismal failure. We know this because Cuba still exists and is still communist in an era when most nations have moved on from Cold War era communism (Soviet Union, eastern Europe etc)). Even the Chinese are more or less a capitalist country with a communist twist, Time to allow the Cubans to do the same by thawing relations and allowing capitalism into Cuba.
