Some surprises in there but I think the best players will play and Richt and Co. do not mess around in that regard.
  • Pope and Scaife are coming early so will have all of spring and summer. Pope will have a Richards type freshman impact.
  • I think coaches like Gaynor more than Mahoney (especially after another offseason for Gaynor to bulk up) so will move Gauthier over to guard and have Gaynor play center. (best 5 lineman will start)
  • If Donaldson get to 330lbs, he will play RT, otherwise Scaife plays tackle and he plays guard
  • St. Louis is a good pass blocker and makes sense to move to LT to protect the QB.
  • Jordan is too good to leave off the field and Irvin/Mallory will play but he will start.
  • 2 best DE will start...J. Jackson beefs up a bit in normal course and plays SDE until D. Jackson gets healthy...J. Jackson will play other side as well and has the stamina to play the most of our DE's.
  • Perry outplays Rosier in summer and fall after being neck and neck in the spring and Richt goes for it since he knows Rosier has limitations. Homer holds off Lingard for the opener but they will be 1a/1b with Dallas and Davis as 3rd down backs.
  • Lots of depth at DB with the new class but starting 4/5 remains the same
