It wasn't a Bill. It was a memorandum. None of this nonsense passed congress. Let's be clear....this will be reinstated completely pretty soon. It cost tax payers way too much to do anything else. It's funny that Republicans want it both ways. They want their taxes cut yet they are more than willing to pay to detain and/or transport some immigrants.

What Trump does is create solutions that are looking for problems. He doesn't solve any problems. HE looks to his fears and the fears of people like him.
