a few weeks after #45 was sworn in , a group of republican lawmakers made the effort to lift president Obama's measures on restricting gun sales to the mentally ill. Had Obama's measures been in place, Mr Cruz, the perpetrator, would've failed the background check.
To Answer your Question on what would I do if my child had been a victim of a mental evil idiot. First I would be devastated like any parent. I feel right now for the parents that did loose a child . I think we all do no matter what side of politics your own. I would never pass the buck on what happened here in respect of my child. The first thing I would do is go after the government that completely failed and if they had followed procedures this man would not have had any kind of weapon to kill. He told everyone he was going to kill and nothing done. I would never blame law abiding citizens of murder on CNN I would be speaking loudly how this was a complete breakdown of government officials that allowed this to happen. I would not let the media of any kind use my child's death for any kind of political gain and cover up what really happened a complete government failure . This mental sick person was calling out to government officials to stop me before I do this and all we do is blame gun control law abiding citizens and the NRA. If politicians want to debate gun control that's ok but this government failure should never be used for that agenda at this time. No political leader of either party is talking about the failure of government on this . As far as planned parenthood I will neve condone killing 3500 hundred babies a day. He asked to see a warrant. One marshal replied "we don't need a warrant. We have a congressional subpoena." This is directly related to women's health care. If a woman is a victim of rape she should be given the opportunity to terminate the pregnancy. If shes a victim of this type of crime she will be emotionally scarred for possibly the rest of her life.

I'm saying women should be allowed to make their own decisions on healthcare. Not by a party that believes in small govt so they can come & go as they please. Also, if they can prevent the research on saving infants born with heart abnormalities they are reciprocating towards the drug companies. Without research all those waiting for transplants are going to have to require prescription drugs so they will be forced to hold on for dear life. When the donor is found for the patient preswcription drugs are needed to prevent rejection of the transplanted organ. Either way the drug companies walk away with a boat load of $$$$. I'm sure members of the GOP caucus are handsomely rewarded.

Back in 2007 Dick Cheney deleted/destroyed all emails pertaining to the invasion of Iraq, The emails numbered close to 50,000. Karl Rove deleted over 25,000 of his emails. Once again ZERO accountability.
