Miami ranked 8th in the third College Football Playoff Rankings

Miami moves up one spot to 8th in the latest college football playoff rankings.

Despite being ranked 8th, the Hurricanes still would receive a first-round bye because it is the third highest-ranked conference champion.

Miami needs to win both of its remaining regular-season games against Wake Forest and Syracuse to advance to the ACC Championship game.

Should Miami make it to the ACC title game, they would face SMU or Clemson.

Alex Donno...

His comments are on point - not sugar coated and placing the blame where it should be. This D gave up 271 RUSHING YARDS to a team with no viable QBs (both horrible), and totally one dimensional. Our D scheme failed to cover simple jet sweeps. I stopped counting the missed tackles from our LBs and d-ends looping inside giving up containment. Guidry appears to be D'No (from Al Golden's staff) in disguise 🥸. As I said before, there is too much talent starting on D and on the sidelines to be this horrendous. Guidry, in my opinion, will get fired if this D continues to fail as it has over the past six weeks.
