Meanwhile repubs continue to push for : no voting on sundays which is history shows most black Americans vote on this day. Reduction in the number of polling places, Making it illegal to pass out water to those standing in line to vote. trying to reduce the number of curbside mailboxes. In the state of Alabama, there are no DMVs in the black communities, which make it even more difficult for Black Americans to obtain a Govt ID. There are no means of public transportation. So they , black Americans have to spend hours walking to a bus terminal, then take the long ride to a DMV in another county, stand in line and then take the journey home. Its to make Minorities fell disenfranchised. So if a Black American living in Alabama and resides in Public Housing, which nearly 70% of Black Americans living in Alabama live in, their public housing ID is inadequate. Public housing IDs are Govt IDs!!!!!!!! Talk about Repubs putting their thumbs on the scale.
