Biden's late surge was due to the fact that absentee ballots were counted last. Everyone knew they would heavily favor Biden thus Trump's continued ranting about them. Even then AG William Barr said the Justice Dept. had no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the election. He resigned shortly thereafter to avoid Trump's wrath! And one of the most conservative Supreme Court in many decades. if not ever, decided the merits of Trump's claims weren't worth consideration.

Election watchdogs have used the affidavits of Fulton County poll manager Suzi Voyles and three other poll watchers to help convince a state judge, Brian Amero, to unseal all of the 147,000 mail-in ballots counted in Fulton County and allow a closer inspection of suspicious Biden ballots for evidence of counterfeiting. They argue potentially tens of thousands may have been manufactured in a race Biden won by 12,000 votes thanks to a late surge of mail-in ballots counted after election monitors were shooed from State Farm Arena in Atlanta.Voyles noticed an alarmingly odd pattern of uniformity in the markings for Biden as she sorted through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November. One after another, the absentee votes contained perfectly filled-in ovals for Biden, except that each of the darkened bubbles featured an identical white void inside them in the shape of a tiny crescent, indicating they’d been marked with toner ink instead of a pen or pencil.
Additionally, she noticed all of the ballots were printed on different stock paper than the others she handled as part of a statewide recount of the presidential election. And none were folded or creased, as she typically observed in mail-in ballots that had been removed from envelopes.
In short, they looked like they’d been duplicated by a copying machine.
At least 3 other poll workers observed the same thing in stacks of absentee ballots for Biden processed by the county, and they’ve joined Voyles in swearing under penalty of perjury that they looked fake.
The lead petitioner in the case and a certified poll watcher, Garland Favorito, says the suspect ballots remain in the custody of election officials and inaccessible to public view. He claims there are five pallets of shrink-wrapped ballots in a county warehouse, and that he and other petitioners were ordered to meet at the warehouse on May 28 to settle the terms of the inspection. But the day before, the county filed a flurry of motions to dismiss the case, delaying the inspection indefinitely. Court date to resolve the motions is June 21.
As part of his May 21 order, Amero requested officials guard the warehouse around the clock until an inspection date can be set. Eight days later, a breach in security was reported after sheriff’s deputies left their post for a couple of hours. County officials confirmed a motion-detection alarm was triggered May 29 shortly after the deputies drove away around 4pm. But they say a locked room where the ballots are kept wasn’t breached. Favorito’s lawyer is seeking to obtain the video footage from the building’s security cameras.
