He is literally running for President to stay out of jail, since if he loses, he will no longer have immunity from prosecution.
I agree with everything you say. My problem is that so far I do not think the message and the contrast is being satisfactorily delivered.I hope this changes. This is going to be a dogfight with the media doing everything they can to protect Biden.
Op, it’s simple. Trump wants to make America Great. Biden’s is anyone but Trump. Trump has done more good for this country in 3 years than Joe Biden has in 40+. All the while being attacked by the left and the media. Trump has a vision for America. Biden is busy attacking Trump. By attacking Trump, who is making America better, Biden is signaling he wants to make America worse. Biden has 40+ years of lining his own pockets and engaging in shady dealings on the taxpayers dime. They didn’t call him the senator from MBNA for no reason.
I live in a swing county in a swing state in the northeast. My area is heavily union but what the new left doesn’t understand is this area is still blue dog democrat. Telling them you are going to raise their taxes, take their guns away, take away their jobs (this is still steel country and now fracking up north), take away their safety, and not be able to go to their kids football game is not a way to win their vote. People around here still hang American flags outside, struggled through nafta (thanks Joe and Clinton) and want a future for their kids. Donald Trump has been the first President that talks like they do and wants a better America for them. A president who doesn’t want to give billions to other countries, send our jobs overseas to benefit campaign contributors, or send their kids off to be killed in far away lands. The more the left mocks him in their MSNBC and CNN echo chambers the more out of touch they become.
The writing is on the wall. A recent article showed digital engagement with 18-35 year olds for Trump is huge vs Biden. Add in the multiple polls that show Trump with 30-45% approval from people of color and this could be a historic election. If Trump gets 12-15% of the African American vote, which he is likely to do, he wins 40-42 states. Trump surrogate digital events regularly draw a million viewers. Biden had a couple of hundred viewers of one of his. Internal polling is looking great and a electoral college landslide is likely.

If any of this were true then Trump would be polling higher than the low 40s. He's the only President who has actually managed to shrink the Republican base and send independents fleeing towards the other side.

Just in Pennsylvania alone, an article from 3 days ago showed Republicans have picked up a net 165k voters since 2016 compared to 30k democrats. Combine that with Biden’s horrible enthusiasm. Stop listening to the national networks and start following what is going on locally. National elections are won at the local level. Trump visited a medical equipment plant locally during the height of our corona outbreak. Just outside the airport the streets were lined with people then outside the facility the crowds were 2 deep for about 3/4 of a mile. Biden had 8 people show up at an event and the media (all 10 of them) outnumbered the people outside.
Philly is Biden's back yard and he is winning in every PA poll, so best of luck with that.
