Yeah just what we need to show our kids .. a big guy making out swapping tongue with a smaller Hispanic dude whose family was very excited about his lover being drafted $$$. It was OK until they started making out like high school kids. Tell the dude to get a life. If it were 't for the fact that he was gay we never would have heard his name .. ever .. for his athletic ability.

How many times do you see a straight guy get drafted and make out with his girlfriend? The ridiculous coverage for a 7th round pick is disgusting. I don't care if he (or anybody else) is gay. If he's gay and happy then good for him. I don't need it shoved in my face and have it made out like he's some great American.
He came out to maximize his income. I mean what other 7th round pick gets endorsement deals before they have even MADE THE TEAM????
If he can play football at an NFL level then great. I don't need to know what he does with his junk or what he does with other guy's junk.

agreed, he went above and beyond on the multiple kisses.....but he was the SEC (considered the toughest conference) Defensive Player of the Year.....we knew about him for his athletic ability.

I don't spend much time worrying about what football players do outside of 4 hours on Sundays.....so, i applaud any athlete that is deserved of a shot at their lifelong dream.....whether draft or picked up as an UFA. Why are you so mad?
Yeah it was super GAY! I guess that's what America wants now. The funny thing is outside of Sam, is why did the SEC DPOY get drafted so late? They talk that its cool to be gay, but the best player on D in the"best college conference" get drafted in the 7th rd??? That shows me its not ok to be gay or someone explain why is this? Don't give me he's too small bc so is Johnny Football! Don't give me ability, the SEC DPOY... Not a QB who have an all star cast like Gino did...

Not mad but the pressure and the coverage to draft this guy was sicking. Then you watching a sports show that turns into 2 guys making out. Great draft coverage.
I could see that some people may feel like the media makes too much of it but the homophobia on here is crazy.
